Lughnasadh Community-Centric Mini Retreat

As the first of two harvest festivals for the Wheel of the Year, we focus our energy on:

sharing in our personal & communal abundance with a plant-based potluck

singing, dancing & celebrating together

harvesting the abundance from this land for herb bundling & snacking

offering prayers/metta (loving kindness) to the land, each other & our world

moving our bodies & honoring how strong we are

community coming together (encouraging many to join for this very accessible mini-retreat!)

Please note: Everyone will be asked to bring a plant-based/vegan dish for the opening potluck that can feed at least 10 people. We will have a few casseroles, fresh fruit, coffee, juice & more... but the purpose of this is so that we can honor the effort it takes for us to all receive the gifts of the "harvest" in our lives. Yes, you are asked to bring something... but you will also leave with SO MUCH love, overflow & joy from this day – reciprocity, and practicing the way we show up for and in community.

Our song circle will be led by the beautiful Brit – all are encouraged to bring instruments to join!
