The Harmony Mountain House
community. reciprocity. transformation.
Who we serve
Centered around values of reciprocity & community care, we are committed to cultivating healing offerings for those whose primary role is to continually serve others (and who often get overlooked themselves in the process).
Solo mothers (solo parents), teachers, healthcare workers, veterans, & individuals of marginalized groups &/or low socioeconomic status are just a few of the many populations we have served & continue to serve through our retreats and offerings, such as the Ayni Fund, a community backed scholarship to increase accessibility and remove the gate keeping that is often present in wellness. AND, having created this business with the core tenant of inclusivity at the forefront, whether you identify with any of the above populations or not, if you are in a place of desiring community, there is & always will be room for you here.
Until & unless the most unseen people in our communities are acknowledged & fully supported, none of us are truly well. We believe that community care is self care.

“It was such a peaceful time that radiated so much positive energy. It was like time didn’t exist at The Harmony Mountain House. I didn’t know I needed this experience, but I’m so grateful.”
