WHAT IS MEDICINE OF THE BLOOMS?
A 6-month journey through a portion of the Wheel of the Year (Fall to Spring Equinox) designed to support you in aligning deeply with the seasons through ritual, reflection & connection. At the start of each month, you’ll receive specially curated invitations & resources to utilize at your own pace leading up to our virtual connection & integration circle which takes place the third Wednesday of each month (with the exception of our final gathering). *There is also the option to drop in for a single month.
MEDICINE OF THE BLOOMS BOOKLET
A thoughtfully curated “self-paced” journal, designed to be your seasonal companion as you journey through the months. Each month will contain a channeled message for the season we’re in, guided journaling exercises, curated playlist(s), herb recommendations that support our themes, a yin pose aligned with our current intentions, a recipe to integrate into your life, and more. *Those who choose to drop in for a single month will receive that month’s portion of the booklet only.
