Begin your journey INWARD by covering your eyes, momentarily blocking out the external stimuli all around, & tuning into the depths of YOU. How does your body desire to move when no one is watching? When your movement is, instead, solely based on how you FEEL? What is begging to move through you? What needs attention?

Journeying a layer deeper, we call on the transformational & other-worldy power of our breath. Where (& to what depths) can you go inside of yourself, using your breath, & breath alone? How would it feel for your breath to become one of your greatest allies in this season of your inner winter? What could that look like?

Working with the medicine of sacred herbal allies, we journey inward one more time, witnessing how much the power of our intuition can show & teach us when we get quiet. Before we head back into our own worlds for the winter, we’ll get curious about how. we can integrate all of these tools to support each of our journeys, inward.
FACILITATORS & ARTISTS
ELECTRO⚡️CUTE (she/they) member of Sisters in Sound, Collective BAE, and the resident DJ and founder of Ecstatic Dance Arlington, is a conscious event-focused DJ and producer who began her musical journey at 19, and had spent the last 14 years balancing pursuing a legal career with a passion for music. Emerging from NYC’s underground rave scene, she has since performed at renowned US venues such as Flash and Twelve After Twelve in DC, and Le Poisson Rouge in NYC, while also building a presence in the ecstatic dance community.
Drawing from her Persian, German, Afghani, Mediterranean, Indian, and Egyptian heritage, ELECTRO⚡️CUTE crafts ethereal sets blending global music with funky, organic electronic beats. Her performances transport listeners across cultures, languages, and eras, sparking both joy and connection on the dance floor.
As a certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, she infuses her music with healing energy and loving intention. Founder of Ecstatic Dance Arlington and Soul Fire Experiences, ELECTRO⚡️CUTE creates conscious dance and meditation events in the DC area, and co-founded Soul Flow, a nightlife initiative merging her passions for wellness, music, and social justice advocacy.
Ghost Pipe is the spirit-channeled experience of holistic psychotherapist and professor of psychology and counseling, Connor Wills. Ghost Pipe is meant to be more of a transmuted healing experience than just a DJ set. Ghost Pipe sets tend to lean toward organic tribal beats from West Africa and South America with dubby drops peppered in, but are always 100% unplanned and improvised moment by moment based on the energy of those in attendance.
Folks in the audience can also expect to hear sampled vocal wisdom from indigenous leaders around the world, experts in trauma healing, and other reminders about self-love woven in over each track.

Meet Sarah & Elyza, the duo behind The Harmony Mountain House: a heart-centered retreat space born from a collision of dreams, intuition, and bold action. Though they’d only known each other a few months before joining forces, they’ve since built not only a thriving healing business but a powerful sisterhood rooted in trust, transformation, and co-creation. Elyza, the spark: a fiery Aries with deep Scorpio waters, is a catalyst for change, solo mama, and space-holder who brings fierce devotion to authenticity and presence. Sarah, the visionary: a dreamy Pisces with Virgo grounding, is a quiet manifestor whose gift for nourishing others shines through everything from her cooking to her ability to make magic out of any space. Together, they live what they teach: that healing is nonlinear, intuition is real, and life is meant to be created, not followed.

Boundaries can be an uncomfortable word for those of us who have had them violated in the past. For others of us, boundaries may be reframed as an opportunity to deepen interpersonal connection and take our power back in any sort of relational dynamic. Join us to learn a tried and tested framework about how to tap into our boundary and communication-related truths, how to communicate them effectively, and how to stand strong when our boundaries are pushed back upon. Come learn my favorite boundary and communication-related tools as a 15 year holistic psychotherapist, and come ready to have some laughs while also engaging in some helpful experiential individual and partner practices.
